High School Water Polo

High School Water Polo in Bend, Oregon is a fall sport starting in mid-August for double practice days with League Championships and States in early November. Water polo in Oregon is not an OSAA sport. It is considered a high school club sport which means that all funding comes from player registrations, fundraising and donations.

Caldera does not have a team, however, all students will have an opportunity to play for a high school that does have a high school program. Caldera students need to fill out an eligibility form through OHSWP and will be notified of which team they are to play with. Typically, players will be assigned to play at the closest high school to their home address.

Note: There is no longer a combined team agreement between Caldera High School and Bend High School. Players who previously played for a team that is not the high school they attend will need to fill out the eligibility form to determine team placement.

Realms High School & Bend Tech Academy do not have a team, however, all students can play with their home address boundary assigned high school.
